All of our products are quality checked prior to despatch and should arrive in perfect condition. Refunds/Returns.

If you are unsatisfied with a product and request to return it you may do this as long as it is returned within 7 days of delivery. Each product ( purchase ) must be returned to Stop and Paws in a re-saleable condition. Cost of your purchase including return postage will be refunded once the purchase product has been returned and approved for re-saleby Stop and Paws.
